Boeing has delivered 1598 Boeing 777’s as at May 2019. Almost all of these are still in service, and the fleet is relatively young.
The current most popular production model is the larger and longer-ranged 777-300ER. With the sole exception of Qantas, every major international airline in the world has 777s in its fleet.
This is largely because the 777 has set a new standard for fuel economy for a long-range jet. [0LAS]
